MILITARY DISCOUNTS

Buyers: I negotiate with the seller to cover my commission, and 25% of that commission is shared with you at settlement. For example: For example:

• With a property sales price of $500k and a seller commission payment of 2.5%, you can receive $2500.

• With a property sale price of $600k and a seller commission payment of 2.5%, you can receive $3000

• With a property sale price of $700k and a seller commission payment of 2.5%, you can receive $3500.

Sellers: Sell your home for 1.9% of the sales price + a $395 transaction fee. Most realtors charge between 2.5% to 3% so this is a real savings to you.
