Buyers: I receive 2.5% of the sales price as compensation from the seller. From this amount, I share 0.5% with my clients. For example:
With a property sales price of $500k, you can receive (0.5% of $500k)= $2,500.
With a property sale price of $600k, you can receive (0.5% of $600k)=$3,000
With a property sale price of $700k, you can receive (0.5% of $700k)=$3,500.
Sellers: Sell your home for 2% of the sales price + a $395 transaction fee. Most brokers charge between 3% to 2.5% so this is a real savings to you.
