Hello! I’m a full-time military realtor serving Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. I specialize in helping military buyers and sellers, with a strong focus on veterans and military families relocating to the DC area.

I offer in-depth knowledge of neighborhoods near major military installations, including the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews, Navy Yard, Fort Myer, Fort Belvoir, Walter Reed, and other nearby bases—helping you find the right home close to where you work and live.

As a military and VA-certified realtor, I guide active-duty service members, veterans, and military families through every step of the home-buying and selling process. If you need assistance with a VA loan assumption, I have experience helping clients successfully buy and sell homes using VA assumptions, FHA assumptions, and Conventional loan assumptions.

My priority is delivering exceptional service to every service member, regardless of sales price. I have a deep understanding of neighborhoods that work well for military families and specialize in finding homes that fit your budget, BAH rates, and PCS timelines. I understand how important it is to meet tight deadlines during a PCS move.

I am originally from Lima, Peru, and I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I moved to Northern Virginia in the late ‘90s and have deep roots in the local community. After high school, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from George Mason University and later completed a Master’s Degree. With the support of my family and friends, I transitioned from an engineering career into real estate and built a thriving business, collaborating with some of the top real estate firms in the Washington DC metro area.

My husband, Elliot Tommingo, is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Major and served as the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Veterans Affairs for the District of Columbia (2019–2023). His experience and insight further strengthen my commitment to serving military families. I am proud to work with members of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard.

The following offer applies to all active duty military personnel, veterans and surviving military spouses.

Buyers

I negotiate with the seller to cover my 2.5% commission, so you don’t have to pay for it. Once this is agreed upon, I offer you a military credit equivalent to 0.5% of the sales price as a token of appreciation for your service. The cashback can be used towards your closing costs, to buy down your interest rate, etc. For example:

  • With a property sales price of $500,000, you can receive $2,500

  • With a property sales price of $600,000, you can receive $3,000

  • With a property sales price of $700,000, you can receive $3,500

  • With a property sales price of $800,000 , you can receive $4,000

Sellers

List your home at 2% of the sales price + a $395 transaction fee.

This includes the cost of marketing your home, professional photography and video, floorplans, open houses, yard sign, virtual staging, etc. Most realtors charge between 2.5% and 3% to sell your house, so this offers you significant savings.

As a military realtor, I offer assistance in the purchase or sale of single-family homes, townhomes and condos in close proximity to key locations.

  • Washington DC: Fort McNair, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Marine Barracks, Navy Yard, U.S. Coast Guard, The White House.

  • Northern Virginia: The Pentagon, Fort Belvoir, Fort Myer (Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall), National Guard Arlington Hall, Naval Support Facility Arlington, and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).

  • Maryland: Joint Base Andrews AFB, NSF Indian Head.
