Born in Lima, Peru, and bilingual in English and Spanish, I have called Northern Virginia home since the late 90s. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from George Mason University and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications. My technical background has shaped my analytical approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, which I bring to every real estate transaction.

My connection to the military is personal. My husband, Elliot Tommingo, is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Major who served as the Director of the DC Mayor’s Office of Veterans Affairs from 2019 to 2023. Through our family’s experience, I understand that a PCS move involves much more than buying a home. It means navigating orders, reporting dates, BAH, and the many demands of military life.
As a full-time Military Realtor®, I work with service members, veterans, and military families relocating to the Washington, D.C. area. From VA financing and commute considerations to remote home purchases, I understand the importance of having a trusted local professional who can help coordinate the details, even when you cannot be here in person.
Whether you are arriving on new orders, buying your first home with a VA loan, or preparing for your next assignment, I provide practical guidance, responsive communication, and personal attention from the first conversation through closing.
