To sell homes, most brokers charge between 2.5% to 3% of the sales prices.
I offer a competitive rate of 2% of the sales price, along with a $395 transaction fee.
This fee covers the costs of marketing your home, providing professional photography, video, floorplans, and staging. Unlike other brokers who may suggest staging as a beneficial selling tool but leave you to cover the expenses—ranging from $2,000 to $5,000 depending on your home's size—I include this service in my fee.

If you are a landlord looking to sell a rental property, I can help you. This often involves working closely with tenants and property managers to ensure a smooth transaction. Particularly, selling a property with tenants in Washington DC is a complex process because the transaction falls under the Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA), which grants tenants rights when the landlord decides to sell. TOPA gives tenants the right of first refusal, meaning they have the option to purchase the property before it is sold to someone else. As your broker, I will guide you through the TOPA process by providing the following services:
Sending TOPA notice to Tenants.
Sending TOPA notice to the Department of Housing and Community Developement.
Sending TOPA notice to Rental Conversion and Sale Division.
Collecting signatures from Tenants.
Submitting certified mail receipts and signed TOPA acknowledgments to the Title Company to show that the TOPA process was carried out according to the law.
