Meet Diana Tommingo
Hello! I’m Diana Tommingo, a full-time military realtor serving Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. I assist home buyers and sellers throughout the DMV and have extensive experience working with veterans, military families, Diplomats, World Bank employees, and first-time home buyers.
My real estate experience spans penthouses, condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes. A career highlight includes my involvement in the sale of Vice President Kamala Harris’s condominium, which was featured in The Washingtonian and House Beautiful (listed under my maiden name, Diana Flores).
I am originally from Lima, Peru, and I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I moved to Northern Virginia in the late ‘90s and have deep local knowledge of the area. After high school, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from George Mason University, followed by a Master’s Degree. With the support of my family and friends, I transitioned from an engineering career to real estate and built a thriving business while collaborating with some of the top real estate firms in the Washington DC metro area.
As a military realtor, I am proud to work with members of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard. My husband, Elliot Tommingo, is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Major and served as the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Veterans Affairs for the District of Columbia (2019–2023). His experience strengthens my understanding of the unique challenges military families face during a real estate transaction. I am fully prepared to manage every detail and create a smooth, stress-free process from start to finish.
