Buyer Credits & Reduced Listing Fees
As a Military Realtor® specializing in military relocation and VA home purchases, I offer real estate cashback and buyer credits to eligible home buyers in Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. I also offer reduced listing fees for homeowners who are selling their property.

Real Estate Cashback, Buyer Rebates & Closing Credits
A real estate cashback program may also be described as a buyer rebate, commission rebate, or buyer credit. The basic concept is that an eligible home buyer receives a portion of the real estate compensation as a credit at closing, subject to applicable laws, lender requirements, and the terms of the transaction.
Sell Your Home for a 2% Listing Fee
Listing Fees Can Be 2.5%–3%
Many sellers don't realize that listing-agent fees can be 2.5% to 3% of the sales price
My listing fee is 2% of the final sales price plus a $395 broker fee. Buyer-agent compensation is negotiated separately based on the transaction and current market conditions. The table below compares a 3% listing fee with my 2% listing fee. They do not represent total seller closing costs or include the buyer agent’s compensation paid in a transaction.
