The following offer applies to all active duty military personnel, veterans and surviving military spouses.

Buyers

I negotiate with the seller to cover my 2.5% commission, so you don’t have to pay for it. Once this is agreed upon, I offer you a military credit equivalent to 0.5% of the sales price as a token of appreciation for your service. The cashback can be used towards your closing costs, to buy down your interest rate, etc. For example:

  • With a home sales price of $500k, you can receive $2,500

  • With a home sales price of $600k, you can receive $3,000

  • With a home sales price of $700k, you can receive $3,500

  • With a home sales price of $800k, you can receive $4,000


Sellers

List your home at 2% of the sales price + a $395 transaction fee.

This includes the cost of marketing your home, professional photography and video, floorplans, open houses, yard sign, virtual staging, etc. Most realtors charge between 2.5% and 3% to sell your house, so this offers you significant savings.
