Renters often get taken advantage of by fake listings online. I guarantee that the rentals I show you are scam free.
Rental Application
Landlords evaluate applicants based on income, credit score, rental history, etc.
A credit score of 670 or higher is recommended.
The ideal income is (36 x The Rent). For example, if the monthly rent is $3000, the ideal income is (36 x $3000) = $108,000 per year.
Rental applicants are often required by Landlords to provide these documents:
Photo ID
Proof of income:
Last two pay stubs
Last two years’ Form W2 or 1099
For Relocations: Job offer letter
Bank Statements
Application Approval
Once your rental application is approved, the payments listed below will be due immediately to secure the property.
First Month’s Rent
Security Deposit
Prorated Rent, if applicable.
Move-in fee, if the property is in a condo building.
